In un altro recipiente mescolare fednet l'uovo con il latticello (per fare il latticello mischiare 118 g di yogurt con 2 cucchiai di latte).  Unire al composto di farine il composto liquido e impastare.
Ora stendere l'impasto in modo che risulti rotondo e alto circa 2 cm. Tagliarlo a spicchi; spennellare ogni spicchio con l'uovo sbattuto e cospargere fednet con lo zucchero. Infornare fednet a 190° per circa 20 minuti o fino a doratura.
