Verge of the General Assembly of Delegates Coomeva as well as other companies in our Cooperative Enterprise Group, is conducive to share some of the most important achievements in 2012. A year that despite its complexities and challenges was positive for Coomeva and their companies.
We are especially pleased to share with Bancoomeva, the entity so enthusiastically opened its operations as a commercial bank in April 2011, has continued to strengthen and earning a place in the preferences of our cooperative partners and the market in general.

The shareholders exercise their status as owners of the mechanisms required by the laws and statutes of the organization, using the AGM, the Board and the mechanisms provided corporate law.
Exercising its shareholder rights, the Cooperative Bank participates government along with the other shareholders and independent board members, ensuring that the entity is managed with the highest levels of quality and good government, reliacard as required by the financial activity and regulation force.
The most important asset that has Coomeva is the ability to represent this huge community of professionals, the largest in Colombia. That is why the cooperative seeks solutions and proposals for services with own companies or third parties. Such is the case of agreement with Bancoomeva that allows our partners are themselves bank customers, differential access conditions in products and services.
